Mr. Seminara

Age 34, has been a director since February 2006. Mr. Seminara is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P., with which he has been associated since January 2003. From June 1996 to January 2003, Mr. Seminara was a managing director in the private equity investment group at Evercore Partners LLC, an advisory and investment firm providing advisory services to multinational corporations on significant mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions. Mr. Seminara currently serves on the board of directors of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. and World Kitchen Inc.
