Mr. Harris

Age 42, has been a director since February 2006. Mr. Harris was one of Apollo Management, L.P.’s predecessor’s co-founders in 1990 and has been a senior partner since that time. Prior to 1990, Mr. Harris was a member of the mergers and acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Mr. Harris currently serves on the boards of directors of Allied Waste Industries Inc., Hexion Specialty Chemical, Metals USA, Inc., Nalco Corporation, Quality Distribution and United Agri Products.
