Age 32, has been a director since February 2006. Mr. Civale is a partner of Apollo Management, L.P., with which he has been associated since 1999. Prior to 1999, Mr. Civale was a member of the Corporate Finance Department of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Mr. Civale also currently serves on the board of directors of Goodman Global Holdings, Inc.
